**About the Role**
Genedata is looking for an experienced ERP Administrator to support the implementation and continuous improvement of our ERP landscape with focus on FinancialForce Professional Services Automation (PSA), FinancialForce Accounting (FFA), FinancialForce Billing Central (FFBC), and FinancialForce Revenue Management (FFRM).

**Your Responsibilities**
- Driving the innovative use of FinancialForce & Salesforce at Genedata and performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as implementing profiles, roles, security settings, rules, etc.
- Remaining current on FinancialForce & Salesforce best practices and technologies and advising on these practices for salesforce-based solutions
- Interfacing with end-users and cooperate with various stakeholders (i.e., Finance, Project Management, Salesforce admin and IT) to understand feature requirements and/or address support issues, incl. the provision of user trainings
- Managing new releases and efficiently rolling out new features ensuring business continuity for the user
- Creating documentation, maintaining standardization, and proactively seeking ways to continuously improve
- processes & procedures

**Skills & Experience**
- 3+ years’ experience in ERP administration and in-depth knowledge of FinancialForce administration
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce certified advanced administrator certification (including automation with Flow, Process Builder and Workflow) is a plus
- Solid understanding of core financial areas (e.g., AP, AR, GL), with the ability to transform business objectives and functional requirements into technical solutions
- Proven experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively in English
