Description du poste Nous recrutons un/e nouveau/elle Digital Project & Account Manager - Traitement des leads reçus: contact, prise de rendez-vous - Rencontre des clients, analyse et compréhension des besoins - Chiffrage des demandes, présentation des offres, défense auprès du client (pitch), suivi du lead - Définition et organisation du projet en assurant la maitrise du périmètre, des délais, des coûts et de la qualité des livrables. - Préaration du kick-off des projets avec le client - A chaque étape, création des tâches aux équipes - Suivi des développements: vérification du travail effectué, validation avec le client - Préparation de la mise en production et du support. - Gestion des plannings et priorisation des projets. - Proposition et accompagnement de tout changement d’organisation des projets visant à en améliorer l’efficacité et la performance. - Optimisation des activités projets : documentation, maintien des savoirs dans les équipes Vous travaillerez au sein d’une équipe de de développeurs, graphistes, et spécialistes en marketing digital tout en étant l’interlocuteur privilégié de nos clients. **Qualifications**: **Must have**: - ** Expérience passée d'au moins 2 ans dans le développement front end et web**: - ** Bonne compréhension de l’architecture Web et mobile, des technologies Frontend/Backend**: - Vous avez ensuite évolué vers la gestion de projets digitaux et vous possédez **au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans ce domaine**: - Bonnes notions des fonctionnalités et de l'utilisation de Wordpress - Connaissance ou maîtrise des grands principes du web & social marketing (SEO, SEM, SMO, analytics ) - Sensible aux notions d’UX Design, de conception et d’ergonomie - Parfaîte maîtrise de la rédaction de contenus en français - A l'aise avec les clients, et en vente (avant de gérer un projet, vous le défendez auprès du prospect, il y a donc une partie commerciale induite) **Nice to have**: - Maîtrise de l'allemand et/ou anglais - Expérience commerciale / vente - Connaissances de PrestaShop - Expérience en web design **Qualités personnelles souhaitées**: - Méthodique, rigoureux/se, analytique - Capacité à définir et gérer des priorités - Leadership naturel et capacité à gérer le stress - Facilité à traduire un besoin buisness en solutions digitales - Très bon relationnel.
