**Tasks**:
Execution of real estate appraisals, project appraisals, usage studies, land value calculations and cost analyses.

You visit the property to be valued with the respective expert.

**Requirements**:
Student in architecture or civil engineering. If you have sufficient qualifications, you may also have a degree in economics from the real estate department.

Analytical thinking is a prerequisite as well as the ability to write very well in German (execution of reports)
