Head of Drug Product Process Development

**Key responsibilities**:
- Leads a team of Group Heads and Scientists. Ensures process development stages for liquid and lyophilized parenteral drug products (DP) of biologics (e.g. monoclonal antibodies, novel formats, ADCs, LNPs etc.) are driven in compliance with internal and external standards.
- Owns the establishment of a phase appropriate DP process development strategy. Ensures alignment with local and global MSAT organizations during development and implementation of this strategy.
- Optimally networks and liaises with partner units within the network to ensure strategic and technical alignment with overall Lonza strategy.
- Supports quality and commercial functions during audits, customer visits and program acquisition.
**Key requirements**:
- Highly Experienced (10+ years) in the field of Pharmaceutical development of Biological DP
- Leadership experience in multi-tiered team
- Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of German and French highly valuable
