**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform technology transfers in cross-functional teams to support product and process implementation at manufacturing scale
- Lead product life cycle and process optimization
- Participate in capital investment projects to design and commission new equipment
- Prepare and perform qualification and validation ‎activities
- Lead complex product and process related investigations and deviations including complaints actions and resolve technical challenges within area of expertise
- Act as link between Drug Product development and Drug Product manufacturing
- Implement process monitoring and process control strategy
- Act as a mentor for scientific and production staff in different fields of expertise

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor, Master (preferred) in Pharmaceutical Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Process Engineering or equivalent scientific degree
- Knowledge of technical challenges and requirements for drug product technology transfers
- Significant knowledge of and proven process understanding of aseptic drug product manufacturing (Pharma, Regulatory aspects, knowledge of lyophilization process is a plus)
- Very good communication skills (internally and with customers) and experience in project coordination
- Fluency in English required, German is advantageous
