At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a Head of AI Solutions to join one of our **clients**' team. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in a innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

As Head of AI Solutions, you’ll drive technically complex AI initiatives for insurers and banks. You’ll be the technical counterpart and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, build our Swiss AI team, and take ownership of delivery that’s built to last.

**What to expect**:
Technical ownership from architecture to production
Build and lead a local AI team in Switzerland
Advise clients on long-term tech and platform decisions
Collaborate with our delivery teams in Skopje & Prishtina
Support RFPs, pre-sales, and client-facing tech strategy

**What you bring**:

- 10+ years in tech, data, or AI
- Background in consulting or professional services
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT, cloud & governance
- Fluent in German & English
- Comfortable in the room - and ready to travel when needed
