Als Technical Customer Consultant im IT-Bereich bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere KMU-Endanwender: innen. Du bearbeitest Supportanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail oder Ticketsystem, dokumentierst diese sorgfältig und findest effiziente Lösungen für technische Herausforderungen. Bei komplexeren Anliegen berätst du die Anwender: innen kompetent und gibst fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Supportanfragen (1st Level)
- Analyse und Lösung technischer Probleme im Windows
- oder Mac-Umfeld
- Unterstützung bei Themen rund um Active Directory, Netzwerke, VPN und Office 365
- Dokumentation der Anfragen im Ticketsystem
- Beratung der Anwender: innen bei komplexeren IT-Fragen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Support

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (EFZ) in Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows OS oder Mac OS
- Gute Kenntnisse in Active Directory, Netzwerken, VPN und Office 365
- Erste Erfahrung im telefonischen IT-Support oder Service Desk
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Taktgefühl und diplomatisches Auftreten
- Strukturierte, gewissenhafte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Offenheit für neue Technologien
- Eventuell erste Erfahrung mit ITIL-Prozessen
- Kenntnisse in Remote-Support-Tools
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen wie z. B. ServiceNow oder Jira
- Grundkenntnisse in Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Französisch
- oder Italienischkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
