- **Backend Data Engineering** (data pipelines, ETL, SQL, Python, PySpark, Databricks, Azure)
- **Frontend BI Development** (data modeling, design, dashboard creation, BI tools)
- **Scrum Master** (agile facilitation, team coordination, process improvement)

Whether you’re an end-to-end generalist who can independently deliver BI projects or a specialist who can double as a Scrum Master, we’d love to hear from you

**What you will do**:
Based on your expertise, your role will focus on at least two out of these three areas:
**Backend Data Engineering**:

- Build and maintain complex data pipelines using Databricks and Azure Services.
- Develop ETL processes ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in data pipelines and infrastructure with mínimal supervision.
- Help on the implementation of best practices for data quality, security, and scalability in partnership with the central data platform team.

**Frontend BI Development**:

- Design, build, and maintain complex and interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Create and optimize data models to support advanced analytics and reporting for large datasets.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure accurate and efficient data delivery from source systems via Databricks into Power BI.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into impactful solutions.

**Scrum Master**:

- Facilitate agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Foster team collaboration, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Support the Product Owner in managing the backlog and aligning the team’s efforts with business goals.
- Help the team evolve as a scrum team.

**What You Bring & Who You Are**:

- Proven expertise in at least two of the following areas:
- **Backend Data Engineering**: Advanced experience with Databricks, Python/PySpark, SQL, Azure Services, GitHub (or similar technologies).
- **Frontend BI Development**: Skilled in Power BI, data modeling, advanced DAX calculations and dashboard design.
- **Scrum Mastery**: Proficient in facilitating agile teams, conducting Scrum ceremonies, and driving the teams evolution as Scrum team.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- A passion for data and BI solutions.
- A background in (software) engineering, mathematics, business, or a related field.
- Advanced German and English skills (C1 level or higher). Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders and team members.
- Innovative and adaptable, always seeking opportunities to improve processes and challenge the status quo.
- Reliable, independent, and capable of taking ownership of your work.
