**Wholesale project manager (F/M)**

The global wholesale project manager will occupy a central function in the department and will establish a solid network inside the global organization to reach the objectives. She/he will be responsible of leading, coordinating and managing the roll-out of Wholesale projects.
- _

**Digital & IT projects**:

- Identify and centralize the needs with markets and HQ
- Work closely with the IT team to review the technical specifications
- Ensure the quality of the solution developed (testing)
- Produce and conduct training content and tools
- Manage change management
- Support Sales team with the tools
- Work on continuous improvement: identify strategic and operational evolutions to support the business

**Business projects**:

- Reporting and business performance
- Identify and centralize the development opportunities with markets and HQ
- Be an active player in the Wholesale transformation
- Support and drive markets in all new projects to ensure WW implementation
- Work closely with Retail, Marketing, Operations, Finance & Legal teams to ensure a seamless organization and execution

**Profile**:
You have a master’s degree in business or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing position, ideally in the watch industry.

You have experience in a transversal business and project management position.

You have excellent MS Office skills & good knowledge of Sales Force is a strong plus.

You are organized and rigorous, able to follow-up numerous projects in parallel with strong analytical skills.

You are pro-active, able to identify potential blocking points solution oriented.

You an interpersonal savvy, business acumen and customer oriented. You know how to deal with ambiguity, and you are open-minded.

You are fluent in English and French.

You are a team player and have a motivational mindset.
