- As the Team Lead, you are responsible for managing operational activities executed by our cash reconciliations team in CH as well as to provide wider transparency on our cash reconciliations breaks and key issues to various stakeholders.**Responsibilities**:
- oversee the team work load and organize employee activities and review performance.
- lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including setup and implementation of career development plans
- manage all types of inquiries and investigations for cash reconciliations and escalations.
- proactively identify opportunities for further process automation and system integration
- interface with senior management across various business divisions and group functions to provide transparency on risk associated with reconciliations.
- support regional and global project delivery.

**Your team**
- The Data Integrity Cash Reconciliations team is a small team of experts supporting the verification of UBS book and records by reconciling internally and external data sources related to cash settlements and payments and offers an enhanced service level regarding break investigations.

- an expert in reconciliations, securities services or payments and other cash related processes
- articulate and strong communicator with interpersonal skills and ability to influence
- excellent in conflict management and business negotiation
- passionate for developing talent and building high performing teams
- able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines and change-oriented
- proven track record in leading large globally dispersed operations and teams
- expertise in implementing and monitoring processes KPIs and SLAs
- strong technical skills and ability to organize and present information to various audience
- attention to detail, critical thinking skills, entrepreneurial spirit
- very good German and English skills required (both written and spoken)
