For our Bern site, we are currently looking for a

**Order To Fulfill Lead EMEA**:
You will be part of CSL Behring Global Business Excellence team covering the Order To Fulfill Process in EMEA region.

Your role is accountable for CSL’s Global Order to Fulfill capabilities, which covers all activities that consist of (but not limited to) Customer Management; Order management; EDI management; Invoice Resolution; Delivery Management; Return Processes, enterprise-wide within the Affiliate and Export fulfilment to ensure fit for purpose.

Your main contribution is going to set up the global standard and process improvement that will bring the most value (Faster and Better) to the business users in different markets in the specific region.

**Key responsibilities**
- Foster a strong partnership with CSL’s Commercial, Supply Chain, Trade Compliance, Global Finance, Tax and Technology (I&T) organizations
- Management of business sales processes supporting Order Fulfillment, reporting, data measurement, providing guidance and orientation to the operational teams in the EMEA affiliates using SAP S4 Hana and Fiori
- Providing SAP S4 Hana technical guidance to support problem solving and design, elaborate functional and process specifications in collaboration with the Business Technology team to design process and system improvements, documentation and implementation
- Lead the implementation of new process and technical changes and projects in the area of order to fulfillment, invoice management and customer service in order to drive the progress and reach business expectations and project timelines
- Establishment and maintenance of a regional network of process experts in Europe, improving the knowledge, processes and increasing cross country collaboration and global view - hosting weekly meetings
- Building training documents and communications to meet and enhance end user needs for the corresponding end-to-end processes
**Your skills and experience**
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information & Technology, Supply Chain, Operation Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of Order Mgt, Customer Service & Fulfilment experience with increasing responsibility, especially in looking for Improvement
- Understanding System and Technologies as part of Capabilities; Hands on Experience in Order Management and Customer Service Processes and Customer Master Data Standard, S4/Hana (SD module)
- Good understanding of Export process and Logistic Execution process is preferrable
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership and project management role, preferably with experience working in a global environment
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required. German is beneficial
