**What is this Role About?
You will play a key role in shaping the future of Learning and Development across the Endress+Hauser Group. Leveraging your experience in Learning and Development you will help design, develop, promote and sustain a global Learning Strategy for the group. Additionally, you will work with the Learning and Development team to scope, design and create an Endress+Hauser Learning Academy.

**What will you be doing?
**Learning & Development (L&D) Strategy
- You will work with the Head of CoE People Attraction & Development and the L&D team to translate the People Management Strategy 2027+ into a Learning & Development strategy, this includes:

- Scope, design, and develop a Learning & Development Strategy and Roadmap, aligned to People Management Strategy 2027+
- Liaise with the L&D global team, the L&D global network and L&D leads of the entities to align the group L&D strategy to assure their buy-in and commitment in implementing this into their respective entities
- Collaborate with L&D colleagues to (further) develop new (and existing) training offerings to support the Learning & Development Strategy.
- Provide framework, role clarification where required and necessary capability development to sustain and further enhance the L&D strategy

Endress + Hauser Academy
- You will collaborate with your Learning and Development (L&D) colleagues, as well as HR and business stakeholders from across the group, to develop the concept for the E+H Academy - this includes:

- Gain a strong understanding of the as-is situation in L&D, both at the global level as well as in all entities
- Gather requirements from the group related to L&D future requirements, learning needs and prioritization of Learning and Development activity across the organization, including connectivity to other programs and/or strategic initiatives
- Build strong relationships within the CoE, HR community and business to bring together a project team that will ultimately design, develop and eventual roll out of the Academy to the organization.
- Create an enablement program and process to ensure the Academy is known across the organization and that the infrastructure is fully functioning to allow for all E+H employees to access and utilizer the Academy

**What have you already Done?
- Educated to degree level
- 10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 of those years focused on L&D
- Experience building a clear vision for the future of L&D, and an ability to communicate with clarity while encouraging action
- Senior presence, change, and project management skills
- Demonstrated presentation and communication skills
- Understanding of modern the L&D approaches that include; adult learning methodologies, blended instructional design, and learning technologies.
- Experience influencing up and across a matrix organization
- Experience extracting data from systems and putting it into a presentable format
- Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to work under tight timeframes with multiple stakeholders
