Quality Assurance Manager

**That's your role**
- Creating detailed and well-structured test plans
- Designing, executing and documenting test scenarios on all levels of functional and data-driven testing
- Identifying, analyzing and documenting test results and bugs
- Reporting test results and conclusions
- Making sure that the products match our high quality standards by testing new functionalities, enhancements, bug-fixes, infrastructure changes, etc.
- Actively participating in all stages of the development cycle, cooperating with the client, product owners, software engineers, business analysts and fellow testers
- Analyzing and continuously improving test processes
- Conducting QA&E lessons learned with the team and the client
- Acting as a trustworthy advisor to the client for all their quality assurance and engineering needs

**This is you**
- A bachelor's or master's degree (ETH/university/university of applied sciences) in informatics or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in quality management within software engineering projects and, therefore, good knowledge of the software development life cycle
- Experience in test management would be the icing on the cake
- ISTQB certification foundation level
- Experience with tools, such as HLM, JIRA, X-Ray, Confluence, and Oracle DB, ideally also with test automation tools and frameworks (SOAP UI, Selenium)
- A structured way of thinking, ability and willingness to work individually and accurately with high attention to details
- Good communication skills and open personality
- Excellent command of German and English
