As Quality Assurance Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining GMP compliance and supporting operational excellence across multiple areas. This is your chance to make an impact in a dynamic, international setting where your expertise truly matters.

What you'll do:

  • Ensure GMP compliance across Quality Control, Stability Studies, Maintenance & Utilities, and Logistics
  • Review and approve deviations, lead risk assessments, and define corrective actions
  • Manage change controls and provide quality oversight for implementation and global panels
  • Deliver on-the-floor quality decisions and support inspections
  • Review and approve GMP documentation and contribute to system and process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in key projects to enhance quality standards

What we're looking for:

  • Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
  • Experience working within a GMP-regulated environment
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (C1)
  • Analytical mindset, proactive approach, and ability to work collaboratively
