Our client is a well established Europen trading company, specializes in energy commodities (electricity, gas, emission allowances and other products). The company belongs to a leading central Europe energy group with very good reputation.
- To set up the new Trading office in Zug/Switzerland, we are looking for a qualified
**Office Manager 100%**:
**Main tasks and responsibilities**:
- Support with the set up of the office and infrastructure in Zug
- Prepare and maintain a functioning workspace for team newly relocated to Zug
- Cooperate with team individuals on various needs of equipment purchase
- Be a welcoming host for new expats, as well as their business visitors
- Be the point of contact for local Authorities
- Be a local support for central HR
- Manage contractors delivering e.g. expat services, real estate services, etc.
- Organization of business journeys of the team
- Petty cash operation
**Your profile**:
- **Vital person**:
- Mother tongue preferably German, Proficiency in English (any other language is welcome)
- Knowledge of canton Zug and environment to give advise and support new team members
- Strong organizational skills
- Eager to build new things
- Knowledge of Swiss culture
- Adhering to principles and values
- Ability to work under pressure, react quickly and draw conclusions.
- Responsibility and proactivity
- Adapting and responding to change
- Team focused, working well with people
