Are you passionate about making a difference in the Swiss healthcare industry? Our Swiss affiliate of CSL Vifor is seeking a motivated intern to join our team of dedicated product managers.
We drive the product strategies and tactics for a broad portfolio of products in women’s health, iron deficiency, and nephrology/rare diseases. As an intern, you will support the team with various tasks and could take on digital tactics, contributing to impactful projects in a collaborative and innovative environment.
**Role and responsibilities**:
- **Support Marketing Team**:Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- **Market Research**:Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- **Content Creation**:Help create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- **Event Coordination**:Assist in organizing and managing marketing events, webinars, and conferences.
- **Data Analysis**:Analyse marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
- **Campaign Support**:Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns across various channels.
- **Social Media Management**:Assist in managing social media activities.
- **Reporting**:Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and campaign performance.
- **Customer Interaction**:Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
- **Administrative Duties**:Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, coordinating with other departments, and budget tracking.
- **Compliance**:Following rules and processes with a high level of accuracy.
**Background education and experience**
- Master ‘s degree preferably in a scientific field
- Additional education in Marketing or Business Administration is an asset.
- Experience: Previous internship or work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with marketing software (e.g. CRM tools, Google Analytics)
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools
- Fluency in French, German and English (orally and written).
