We help customers unleash the full power of Salesforce, find and implement solutions, and provide mentorship on how to improve value from our platform.** **Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Functional Lead with an International remit (EMEA, APAC & LATAM) as part of our new Consumer Goods practice, based in the UK.** **Role Description**: ***This role is dedicated to Consumer Goods Cloud implementations in the International region (EMEA, APAC & LATAM), a product focusing on Retail/Consumer Goods companies, including Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Retail Execution.** **You will assist enterprise customers in these regions migrating to Consumer Goods Cloud with Retail Execution and/or TPM. This will include an amount of pre-sales consulting, where you help build the vision, processes and change journey for these customers.** **Together with our technical team members you will figure out how requirements can be met that are not present out of the box and make sure any configuration and/or customisation meets best practices in the Retail/CG industry.** **In parallel you will be monitoring, coaching and be a functional escalation point for running projects within the region, again using your knowledge of the Retail/CG industry to make sure customer implementations are fit for purpose.** **Responsibilities**: - **Lead customers on their process and business challenges ensuring balanced, scalable CG Cloud implementations that meet and exceed customer needs**: - **Consult with customers on to-be processes once they move their Retail Execution/TPM processes to CGCloud**: - **Roadmap development for customers that will be running long term implementations in many divisions/countries and develop realistic implementation/migration phasing and timings.**: - **Understand and present high-level overviews of the Salesforce CG Cloud functionality and features**: - **Be a conduit for the region and various teams working in services towards the product development team**: - **Travel time depends on customer needs and always in alignment with your personal possibilities**: ***Minimum qualifications**: - **Deep functional and business knowledge of CG/Retail industries/verticals**: - **Experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods/Fast Moving Consumer Goods space, particularly with a front office focus in both B2B and B2C domains. These include consumer marketing and digital engagement, consumer care, retail execution, trade promotion management, distributor management, supplier relationship management**: - **An individual with effective communication skills across a variety of audiences and situations**: - **Full professional proficiency in English**: ***Preferred Requirements**: - **Ability to coach and influence internal and customer partners and project members**: - **Business Process analysis and design background**: - **Good experience with software implementation lifecycle with ability to support project planning**: - **One or more local languages like French, German or Spanish.**: ***About Salesforce** **Founded in 1999, Salesforce is the global leader in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
