In-store Designer Intern, Global Travel Retail

(INTERNSHIP POSITION FOR 1 YEAR)
COTY is seeking a highly motivated In-store Designer Intern to join COTY's Travel Retail Global Merchandising team. In this role you will work closely with the Travel Retail Teams and with the brands (Chloé, Kylie, Lancaster etc.).
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our In-store Designer Intern, you are responsible for delivering toolboxes for Travel Retail, collaborating on high profile merchandising projects with different business units and contributing to improve our retail excellence at point of sale. This position offers an unparalleled opportunity to leverage your in-store & luxury brands technical expertise and be part of a team who is passionate about the work they do and know how to have some fun along the way.
This temporary assignment offers a great opportunity to leverage your merchandising experience and design skills and evolve in a fast pace travel retail environment from one of the largest Beauty portfolio in the world.
**Your main focus**: Work with the merchandising teams in Geneva, Paris and New York to deliver merchandising permanent and temporary toolboxes to support our luxury fragrances brands / innovations, maximize the shopping experience. Design new capex projects with the brand team. Support implementation of Media outposts. Strengthen perfection in store, provide fit for use planograms for our market and share them with the Travel Retail community.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You have a designed based education and have visual competence with a keen eye for aesthetics. As our In-store Designer intern, you enjoy working design in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

history of each tiny step of any project. Can do attitude and flexibility: ability to adapt and embrace challenges. Team player: highly motivated and enthusiastic self-starter, capable of working & collaborating in a team environment. Strong organization skills, good attention to details Independency, proactivity Demonstrated interest for Luxury industry and/or Beauty 3D modeling 3Ds Max or Cinema 4D or Rhino SketchUp Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Autocad Fluent English and French
