**Your responsibilities**:
- Support key business stakeholders in data-driven decision-making with demonstrable positive business impact
- Account management and proactive networking approach for close relationship building
- Deliver credible outputs in bespoke projects and consulting analysis
- Timely and insightful delivery based on feedback and continuous improvement
- Build strategic marketing community and capability and share best practices across the Divisions
- Professional approach towards strategic marketing, continuing to grow presence and raise awareness of key activities
**Your background**:
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
- 5-8 years of experience ideally with a significant portion acquired in a leading market research company, an economic consultancy, strategy consultancy or related role
- Experience in electrical industry space (electrical motors / drives a plus)
- Experience in economic, market and competitive analyses and/or commercial due diligence a strong plus
- Proven ability to quickly solve complex problems in a pragmatic manner, including framing/planning, analysis, synthesis and communication
- Experience in engaging and working with senior management; skills to convince senior leaders in fact-driven manner
- Ability to effectively guide and leverage large stakeholder networks across different levels, functions, and countries without formal reporting relationships
- Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken)
