Supply Chain Business Intelligence Associate

**About** the role**:
The Performance Management function in GSCE enables the performance management process in GMS and in Takeda, partnering with the KPI owner and KPI responsible, and with regional heads/plant heads/SC heads of manufacturing regions/OPU’s, plants, commercial regions and LOC’s.

**How you will contribute**:

- Business Process Ownership for Performance Management and Business Intelligence
- Manage senior Stakeholders driving though/sensitive discussions (e.g. around target setting and targets achievement) leveraging on soft skills and own network; partners with DD&T, functions and project teams to ensure the proper creation and maintenance of KPI’s reports
- Responsible for the development maintenance and optimization of Global Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators and the related performance management process, supporting performance dialogues and best practice sharing
- Make valuable information available to all levels of the business for decision making and optimization, aligning and connecting plants, functions, manufacturing regions and OPU’s; contribution to maintenance and improvement of the GSC one stop shop dashboards and of Global Supply Chain business intelligence solutions (on the most appropriate data lake/visualization layer architecture), from definition of strategy to design and implementation, in cooperation with DD&T, showing agility in operating in a non hierarchical matrix organization
- Lead or contribute to initiatives and complex projects in the area of Performance Management/Business Intelligence
- Supporting capability building in the area of KPI’s performance management and contribute to best practice sharing and supply chain managers network meeting; supporting teams development and hiring of new team members

**What you bring to Takeda**:

- University degree (BSc, MSc or similar) in a relevant area Supply Chain, Engineering, Management or IT; fluent in English both verbally and in writing is required, other relevant languages are a plus.
- Broad experience and deep understand of Supply Chain, performance management including benchmarking; experience in Value Stream Mapping / E2E value streams and capability building is preferable, same as experience in demand planning and working in a pharma / in a commercial organization.
- Ability to balance in depth technical knowledge with having an holistic view, balancing level of details and clarity of communication, working on multiple topic in parallel with competing priorities.
- Strong ethics and integrity; ability to work in team and to value diversity, mentoring less experienced colleagues.
- Proactive and able to handle complexity within a matrix environment, able to interact with senior stakeholders and aware/adaptive of/to cultural differences.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the same area.
