**Your role**

Do you have strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills? Are you persistent in pursuing your goals? Are you willing to embrace an agile mindset? We are looking for someone like you to:

- develop and drive conceptual analysis of various P&C Operations related topics, specifically in the payments area
- identify opportunities to improve our processes and procedures
- work closely with P&C Operations operating management, service managers and other stakeholders in P&C COO globally to meet project deliverables on tight timelines to unfold our full business potential
- actively support our operating management with ad-hoc analyses, reports and presentations on various topics in P&C Operations

**Your team**

You will be working in a diverse and highly motivated team in Zürich-Altstetten. As a member of our team, you will play an important role in driving P&C Operations forward in the interface between Operating Management and Operations, and foster the communication with a broad range of different stakeholders.

**Your expertise**
- a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in banking and finance
- ideally previous work experience in banking, specifically payments
- proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- fluent in German and English (written and oral), comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
- an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
- a people person: flexible, open-minded, cooperative and curious to learn new things
- able to think outside the box
