The role

As a Digital Product Owner, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful digital products for our clients. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and user needs, guiding cross-functional teams through the journey from vision to execution.

How you'll make impact- Translating business goals and user needs into product visions, roadmaps, and backlogs.- Engaging with stakeholders at different levels, building alignment, and managing expectations.- Supporting clients in tackling complex challenges and creating meaningful solutions.- Leading teams through ambiguity and change with clarity and structure.- Driving projects with ownership and a focus on creating tangible value.

What's important to us- Fluency in German is required; understanding Swiss German is highly preferred, fluent in English- You hold a university degree (FH, Uni, ETH) or have acquired equivalent knowledge and practical experience- A growth mindset and the motivation to take on personal and professional challenges.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagement.- Ability to manage diverse stakeholder interests and build trustful relationships.- Curiosity about technology, innovation, and business transformation.- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with hands-on execution.- Confidence in presenting ideas and leading discussions with colleagues and clients.
