**Job description**

Philochem AG, is seeking a highly motivated and cooperative **Laboratory Technician**to join our R&D group. Your main role would be to carry out various tasks critical for the maintenance of the lab, and to support our team of scientists working on internal research projects.

**Key tasks and responsibilities**
- Teaming up with the Chemistry and lab manager to ensure good work organization.
- Ordering and receiving laboratory supplies.
- Managing inventory and restocking consumables.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair.
- Preparing stock solutions, reagent aliquots, and buffers.
- Support scientists and PhD students with synthetic activies

**Minimum requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or an apprenticeship degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.
- Experience with basic analytical chemistry and/or organic chemistry.
- Fluency in oral and written English. Knowledge of German would be ideal.
