We are immediately looking for a self-reliant and team-oriented personality as:
Team Leader Recruiting m/w/d - (80-100%)

**Contract**: 80-100%

**Location**: Geneva Airport

Tasks

**Your Responsibilities & Tasks**:

- Support in setting up and managing our team at our new location: Geneva Airport
- Management of the recruiting process (advertisement, surveys, selection, information events, interviews, etc.)
- Recruiting and management of flexible part-time employees at Geneva Airport
- Collaboration in recruiting projects together with our team in Zurich

**Requirements**:
**Your Profile**:

- Completed commercial education or a degree in business administration or comparable fields as well as several years of experience in recruiting are prerequisite
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Mother tongue French and very good English or German language skills mandatory
- Pleasure in telephone, written and personal contact with people
- Good knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel)
- You are dynamic, open to new things and quickly find your way around unfamiliar tools
- Experience or affinity with the aviation industry is an advantage

- Structured, independent and precise way of working even in hectic situations
- Responsible, solution-oriented with a quick grasp of the situation
- Flexible, stress-resistant, motivated and open-minded personality
- High customer orientation with diplomatic skills
- Communicative personality
