Intern Planning and Optimization

We are looking for an intern to support the planning activities and optimization of supply chain processes with PP&L in the Make environment of a production site.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support day-to-day planning activities such as prioritization and risk mitigation
- Establish tools and mechanisms to optimize planning processes
- Participate in planning and operation meetings on leaders request
- Train PP&L employees and stakeholders on new tools and processes
- Verify and interpret parameters to ensure compliance
- Participate in projects focused on process development and/or improvement, cost controls and production transfer if applicable

**Qualifications**:
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- ESSENTIAL:

- Bachelor in Planning with some relevant experience.
- Degree level educated or equivalent qualification
- Drive, energy and enthusiasm for delivering to commitments.
- Strong relationship development, conflict resolution, and team building skills.
- Used to do KPI, reporting
- Ability to support projects
- Team player
