**INNOMEDICA IS A YOUNG NANOTECH COMPANY **with 50 employees, a number of
promising drugs in preclinical and clinical development and its own clean room production.
in the fields of oncology (gentle chemotherapy) and neurology (new approach to treat
Parkinson's disease).
In order to conduct further clinical trials with our Clinical Research Team based in Bern, we
are looking for a
**Clinical Trial Manager**
The main objective of your work is the clinical development of InnoMedica's products with
them to market.
Your responsibilities include:
- Planning, execution and follow-up of clinical trials in oncology
- Coordination of all involved work areas through close contact and communication
with the clinical trial sites as well as the internal departments involved (e.g.
regulatory affairs, R&D or manufacturing)
- Preparation and submission of the necessary trial documents to regulatory
authorities e.g. Swissmedic or Ethics Committee
- Keeping track of resources, budget and timelines
- Build up and maintain contacts with experts and key opinion leaders
As a prerequisite for this versatile position with great development potential, we expect an
education in the fields of medicine, biology, biochemistry, pharmacy or a similar area of
expertise. Ideally, you have experience in clinical research and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
and have a scientific background in oncology. You have strong communication skills, are
fluent in English and have a very good command of German. You know how to reliably keep
track of complex projects and also handle administrative tasks conscientiously. You work
independently, show initiative, have a great willingness to learn and understand how to get
involved in the dynamics of a startup.
