Lawyer International Fund Management
Aufgaben
Ensuring the management of the legal and compliance framework of the Swiss and international fund management, including Private Equity investments / Negotiation of all relevant contracts / Monitoring of funds and processing of fund documentation during the entire life cycle / Ongoing adaptation of fund contracts in case of formal changes such as splits, mergers or liquidations / Monitoring of fund prospectus content and fund launch / Monitoring of fund registration / Cooperation with FINMA and other authorities / Controlling of distribution and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders / Participation in the control and review of legal and compliance risks / Monitoring of regulatory requirements for the Swiss fund management company as well as for the funds / Creation of risk awareness regarding legal and compliance risks for senior management / Participation in group projects and ad hoc initiatives / SOPC for legal issues regarding fund management / Close cooperation with senior management.
Qualifikation
Master of Law or Economist with legal flair, LL.M a plus / Legal and compliance experience at an Asset Manager, a law firm, BigFour-Company or with a regulatory authority / Knowledge of the Swiss or international fund industry / Knowledge of regulatory work (Switzerland, Luxembourg) / Knowledge of fund regulations such as UCITS, FIDLEG, FinIA, AIFMD, MiFID, etc. / Analytical and conceptual skills / High service orientation / Interest in a dynamic, collaborative, international working environment / Team player with decision-making skills / Solution-oriented personality with pragmatic approach / MS Office skills, Excel, PP / German as well as English.
