For its site in Cressier, Bio-Rad is now looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician (100%).

Reporting to the department manager, your mission is to provide the general stewardship service for the soft services activities on Bio-Rad Cressier site. You organize and coordinate the various support services, and if necessary, adjust the programs quickly to remedy any conditions that do not meet the expected level of service.

You actively contribute to the implementation of procedures and work instructions and participate in the development of employees under your responsibility.

Being able to fully understand the expectations of users and give an appropriate response to improve everyone's daily life by putting continuous improvement at the center of these concerns.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

- Ensure the general maintenance of the premises according to the established programs.
- Provide standard cleaning service and support for manufacturing operations.
- Establish and coordinate work schedules including subcontractors.
- Manage the stock of consumables and ensure supply.
- Guarantee the availability of the tools and products necessary to carry out the tasks.
- Perform periodic inspections according to the program defined by the department head and plan corrective actions.
- Manage small requests for simple intervention such as:
o Removals

o Small simple repairs

o Other requests
- Manage waste.

Qualifikationen:

- With the benefit of an administrative training or equivalent, an experience of at least 5 years in the field of soft services in an industrial environment is required.
- Be comfortable with the computer tool (MS Office, SAP & CMMS) and with documentary writing.
- Have strong leadership with a real sense of listening, able to analyze and anticipate needs.
- Demonstrate flexibility, and responsiveness.
- Being bilingual (English/French), German is an asset.
