For over 25 years, we’ve supported companies across Europe with innovative recruitment solutions, focused on early-career professionals. Our Zurich team of 10 operates like a start-up — fast-moving, people-first, and growth-oriented. We support 50+ consultants on assignment each month and continue to expand across the region.

As we continue to grow in German-speaking Switzerland, we’re looking for a **Sales Team Manager**to join our Zurich office — someone with **a first successful experience managing salespeople**, a hands-on mindset, and the energy to grow with us.
- Work tasks

**The Role: Lead a Team, Drive Sales, & Shape Our Growth**
You’ll take on full responsibility for a team of Account Managers — ensuring performance, coaching development, and helping grow our local market.
- Lead and support a small team of Account Managers through regular 1:1s, coaching, and target tracking
- Own team performance, motivation, and growth
- Recruit and onboard new Account Manager
- Support Account Managers in client meetings and help close deals

You don’t need 10+ years under your belt — but some hands-on experience managing a sales team is a must.

You’ll thrive with us if you have:

- **A successful experience managing a B2B sales team**:

- A track record in **B2B sales**and client relationship management
- A goal-driven, energetic, and hands-on leadership style
- **Fluent German**(spoken and written) and solid English (C1)
- A passion for developing people and helping them succeed
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
