Im Bereich Wineus Capital nehmen wir gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden Direktbeteiligungen an erfolgsversprechenden, privaten Unternehmen vor, die wir langfristig und aktiv begleiten, um ihren Wert nachhaltig zu steigern.

Im Bereich Wineus Advisory stellen wir unseren langjährigen Kunden ein massgeschneidertes Finanzberatungsangebot zur Verfügung. Wir erbringen Beratungsdienstleistungen bei komplexen Transaktionen, Unternehmens
- und Transaktionsfinanzierungen sowie bei Verhandlungs
- und Strukturierungsfragen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir gewinnende Persönlichkeiten als Investment Professional (m/w).

Aufgaben
- Durchführung von detaillierten Unternehmens-, Markt
- und Branchenanalysen und Auswertung von Investitionsmöglichkeiten
- Ausarbeitung von Business Plänen, Finanzmodellen, Unternehmens-bewertungen und Präsentationen
- Unterstützung bei der Beratung von komplexen M&A-Transaktionen entlang des gesamten Transaktionsprozesses, Unternehmens
- und Transaktionsfinanzierungen, Due Diligence Prüfungen sowie bei Verhandlungs
- und Strukturierungsfragen
- Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von Kunden-, Investoren
- und Bankengesprächen sowie Kauf
- und Verkaufsverhandlungen
- Mitarbeit beim aktiven Management und der Weiterentwicklung von eigenen Portfoliounternehmen (u.a. Umsetzung von Wachstumsstrategien sowie Buy & Build Strategien)

Qualifikation
- Hervorragender Master-Abschluss einer führenden Universität mit betriebswirtschaftlicher oder technischer Ausrichtung
- Ein bis vier Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Investment Banking, Consulting (M&A Projekte, Finanzierungen), Private Equity / Investment Advisory oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Unternehmerisches Flair und Freude, in einem kleinen, motivierten Team komplexe Problemstellungen zu lösen
- Herausragende analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, hohe Motivation, Zuverlässigkeit, Durchsetzungskraft und Eigeninitiative
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil)Sehr gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
