Challenge Monitor est notre plateforme de formation gamifiée qui transforme l’apprentissage en expérience motivante. Chaque année, plus de 120 000 vendeurs dans le retail et les réseaux multi-marques se forment et se certifient grâce à elle. Scores, niveaux, compétitions, classementsautant de mécaniques de jeu qui rendent la formation engageante et directement utile sur le terrain.

**Ton rôle**

Tu es le lien entre besoins utilisateurs, vision produit et équipe technique.

Un profil hybride, capable de:

- Concevoir des parcours utilisateurs fluides et engageants (wireframes, maquettes, protos)
- Cadrer les besoins, écrire des user stories claires et prioriser les évolutions
- Suivre le delivery avec le lead dev et l’équipe technique
- Collaborer avec le directeur artistique pour garantir une UX/UI de qualité
- Recueillir les feedbacks des utilisateurs et nourrir la roadmap

**Profil recherché**
- Expérience confirmée (5-7 ans) en Product Ownership avec forte sensibilité UX (ou inverse)
- Maîtrise des méthodes agiles (Scrum/Kanban) et des outils de suivi projet (idéalement Jira)
- Maîtrise des outils de prototypage (Figma, Penpot, Whimsical )
- Esprit structuré, sens de l’écoute et du collectif
- Sens business minimum, capacité à comprendre l’impact produit et les besoins des utilisateurs finaux
- Un plus si déjà passé par : e-learning / LMS, retail / sales enablement, produits mobiles grand public
- Très bonnes compétences en français et en anglais (oral et écrit)

**Conditions**
- Poste à temps plein basé à Yverdon-les-Bains (VD), avec interactions régulières avec l’équipe Produit, Tech et Design
- Possibilité de 2 jours de télétravail par semaine
