**Your new responsibilities**
- Join a team that supports and improves digitalization through the global remote and service platforms for our offices in over 20 countries
- Support in project management and lead own subprojects within the field of communication for Service Technology and Tools (STT)
- Contribute to the definition, structure, and documentation of the global platform solutions
- Elaborate concepts in written form (e.g. new requirements, change requests, etc.)
- Support in handling the communication of the segment Regional Services and Solutions (RSS)
- Provide to our new strategy training model, prepare training presentations and support in organizing workshops
- Advertise the company in conjunction with our team and make professional announcements

**Your skills and experience**
- Bachelor or Master student in Business Administration, preferably with specialisation in Communications or similar
- Preferably already worked as an intern or working student in communication related areas and with advertising experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office systems (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel macros), knowledge of Linux would be an advantage
- Willing to build up your technical knowledge
- Organizational talent with self-discipline and innovative thinking
- Very good English and German language skills, both written and spoken
- Start immediately or by arrangement for at least 2 years
- Please bear in mind that you must be enrolled at a Swiss University in order to be considered for this role
