**Your key responsibilities**
- Optimize, improve, and define new processes and interaction methods to enhance visiting customer’s experience
- Administrative, supply chain and operational tasks in the daily business with our regional offices in different countries
- Support team in preparation and evaluation of sales analyses & reports
- Support the Management in preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordination & writing of documentations (commercial handbook, process description, guidelines)

**Your skills and experience**
- You are studying Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field of study and have completed at least four semesters
- Preferably you gained first professional experience in a corporate environment or have worked in sales related areas (e.g., internship or working student) before
- Solid MS Office skills (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
- Creative thinking and quick grasp combined with a proactive personality
- Team player with an international mindset who is open to feedback
- Excellent communication skills (German and English) combined with effective project management ability are some of your strengths
- Flexible and willing to take on additional tasks based on the team needs
- Start immediately or by agreement for a duration of minimum 1 year
- You must be enrolled at a Swiss University to be considered for this role
