Our white-label approach allows us to leverage the brand of large established institutions and to quickly gain access to a large amount of private clients as well as to be able to offer insurance solutions inside unique eco-systems. TONI is based at Bellevue in Zurich. About the role We are looking for an experienced intern / working student in the role of a junior technical product manager / automation engineer to help us to implement innovative, customer-oriented and highly automated processes. This is essential for us to achieve cost leadership through automation as well as fulfilling today’s customer expectation of being able to manage one’s insurance products in a fully automated way. You will be using industry leading process automation tools, and will have to directly consume / interact with the APIs of our core insurance system. As a junior technical product manager / automation engineer you are playing a leading role within our company. You will be working directly in the Technology & Innovation department and will hence directly be exposed to the management of a large IT project in a leading Swiss insurtech. Further, you are given the opportunity to prove and expand your analytic, technical and coding prowess, as well as the opportunity to have a direct impact on defining our insurance product and have a market impact. - Have a strong interest in technology & fintech / insurtech space - Enjoy tackling complex problems and conceive “simple” approaches to solve them (e.g. technology processes, automated decisions), so that we can keep our product simple - Are a highly motivated person that is willing to put in the extra mile to get the best result The following experience is valued: - Strong analytic thinking & ability to manage complexity - Strong technical / IT understanding - Coding experience (e.g. Python / Matlab), experience with working with APIs / Postman - Understanding of insurance processes - You have high attention to detail and won’t compromise on precise and thought-through processes to solve problems in a simple and effective manner - Ability to work within tight deadlines / comfortable in a fast moving, fluid environment Application / Contact TONI Digital Insurance Solutions AG **Job Types**: 100%, Part-time, Apprenticeship Ability to Commute: - 8008 Zürich, ZH (preferred) Ability to Relocate: - 8008 Zürich, ZH: Relocate before starting work (preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in 8008 Zürich, ZH
