2026 Graduate Talent Program - Corporate & Real Estate - Region Zurich

**Your role**

Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland. You'll get to:

- Maintain close contact with our customers and conduct on-site visits.
- Prepare and follow up on customer meetings and customer events.
- Get introduced to the entire day-to-day business of the client advisor and provide their administrative support.
- Collaborate with product and specialist experts from within and outside the Corporate & Real Estate Banking Switzerland division in a solution-oriented manner.
- Create professional presentations to support the consultant's strategic dialogue with our clients.
- Support the preparation of strategic transactions and corporate finance activities.
- Participate in projects by coordinating and performing analysis activities.

**Your team**

You'll be working in the Corporate & Real Estate team in the region of Zurich. We are a diverse and friendly team that will support your future career into the right direction We're responsible for business clients from small start-ups and enterprises to large corporate clients. We provide our clients with comprehensive, integrated solutions in Switzerland and by accompanying them on potential expansions abroad.

**Your expertise**
- has completed their bachelor's or master's degree within the last 18 months
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- has an interest in the financial sector, preferably with initial experience through an internship in the finance or banking sector
- demonstrates strong customer orientation, openness, communication skills, good team spirit, a confident demeanor, quick comprehension, initiative, and a wide range of interests
- possesses good analytical skills and a good knowledge of MS Office
- is proficient in German and on an advanced level in English
