Your Mission:

- Drive the localisation of our strategy and value proposition working with the regional talent teams to research and map relevant audiences in EU, NA and APAC.
- Build the connection between our in house marketing organisation and our hiring and Talent priorities
- Identify talent attraction challenges and research/recommend communications and outreach solutions and channels to overcome them.
- Lead and project manage the rollout of recruitment marketing programs, events strategy and build strong external relationships with universities, media and other relevant groups.

Your Story:

- You have 5+ years experience in building innovative Employer Branding strategies to reach diverse audiences
- You’re a compelling communicator with the ability to distill complex messages to be digestible and relevant to audiences.
- You’re a true people person who thrives on fostering and maintaining collaborative relationships with colleagues across all functions and regions.
- You use metrics and data to demonstrate success in growing a company's employer brand, and stay on top of industry changes and trends.
- You are focussed on delivery with a result-orientated mindset
