**Health Safety Environment (HSE)-Spezialist & Strahlenschutzverantwortliche/r 100%**

**Ihre Aufgaben**: Health Safety Environment-Spezialist
- Bearbeitung von administrativen Anliegen im Bereich HSE Novartis nach Absprache mit dem jeweiligen Sachverständigen oder Vorgesetzten
- Hauptansprechperson für Internetauftritt und SharePoint für HSE Novartis Schweiz
- Zusätzlich Mitwirkung im Fachbereiche PSA und Fittest-Testing in Theorie und praktischer Ausübung

Verantwortlichkeiten als Strahlenschutzverantwortliche/r
- Verantwortlich für das Aufgebot beruflich strahlenexponierter Personen für die medizinischen Strahlenuntersuchungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Verantwortlichen für die SUVA-Untersuchung
- Verantwortlich für die Erfassung / Verwaltung / Archivierung von den strahlenexponierten Personaldaten
- Überprüfen der Dosisdaten und sicherstellen, dass diese vollständig und korrekt eingelesen / abgelegt werden
- Verantwortlich für das monatliche Strahlenschutz-Reporting
- Organisation der internen Strahlenschutzkurse und bei Bedarf Mithilfe bei den externen Kursen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Berufsausbildung EFZ im Bereich Naturwissenschaft oder technische Grundausbildung
- Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur Spezialistin / zum Spezialist ASGS (Berufsprüfung für Spezialisten für Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis)
- Weiterbildung im Bereich Strahlenschutz
- Allgemeine Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz
- Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse rund um MS-Word, Excel und Powerpoint und Intranet/Sharepoint Struktur
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse
- Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Selbständig arbeitende und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
- Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
