**WE ARE LOOKING FOR OUR NEXT INDUSTRIAL CATEGORY MANAGER (M/W/D) TO GROW OUR TEAM **

**Your Responsibilities will be the following**

**Market knowledge**:

- Research targeted Suppliers and alternative product alternative
- Work together with Sourcing manager to identify needs and priorities
- Conduct Supplier and Product qualification

**Sourcing strategy leader**:

- Data analysis to collect relevant information for sourcing strategic decision
- Plan long-term sourcing strategies projects
- Implement and lead sourcing strategies within cross functional team
- Record progress and potential remedial plan of strategic sourcing actions
- Report sourcing strategies progress to company board member
- Identify accurate and efficient KPI to measure impact of strategic actions

**Supplier relationship management**:

- Nurture targeted supplier panel
- Build and maintain long-term relationship with Supplier
- Evaluate and drive supplier performance
- Supplier development actions plan

**Sourcing operational excellence**:

- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure maximum profitability and minimum risk for the company and projects
- TCO, cost model, effective offer comparison
- Negotiate contractual terms and conditions
- Guarantee OTD of PO and deliverables
- Ensure achievement of relevant procurement KPI’s
- Report to Head of category and sourcing manager

**Skills, Qualifications & Experiences**
- **Master in procurement **or BA in business administration, procurement or Engineering degree with experience in **sourcing/procurement**
- Successful proven working experience as **category manager **for at least 5 years ideally **within EPC, EFW, Power or Civils industries**:

- Good technical and product understanding,
- Advanced and proven skills in**:Strategy development, Contract negotiation, Project management, Communication and Presentation, Organizational**:

- **Fluent English level is mandatory, German or any other language is a plus**
