For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a**:Digital Campaign Management **(M/F/d)**

home office possibility: 12 days/ per month required onsite presence
- pay rate range: 55 - 60 chf/h gross

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
As a member of the Digital Content & Campaigns Team, you supporting the Swiss Digital Media Engagement program are responsible for supporting, developing, and executing digital communications for campaigns and audiences across external channels.
- Executes campaign and channel strategy for the Swiss Digital Engagement program
- Establishes and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, ensures consistency of our clients brand position and with the evolving legal, regulatory, and compliance environment in all communications
- Advises key business stakeholders of reputational risks associated with social media campaigns
- Manages the successful implementation and delivery of consistent and engaging digital campaigns aligned to business objectives
- Oversees the campaign and channel project management, maintaining AirTable updates for portfolio campaigns, campaign deliverables and timelines, and submission of content
- Leverages the creative team’s capacities and in-house network to mine the organization for relevant stories to share with relevant external audiences
- Performs community management and Adverse Event reporting
- Navigates a multi-stakeholder environment incl. senior management

**Must Haves**
- Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) and strong understanding of social media best practices
- Understanding of corporate website best practices
- Experience delivering and executing engaging campaigns across digital media platforms
- Ability to align campaign objectives and trajectory to overarching business goals
- Ability to read and make sense of campaign performance reports to ensure incremental improvement of campaign performance
- Strong knowledge of cultural and media trends
- Language skills: Native German and proficiency in English is mandatory

**Nice to Haves**
- French is a plus
- Healthcare/Life Science industry experience is a plus
