**Digital Communications Manager 5174 SRS**
As the **Digital Communications Manager** you would be supporting, developing, and executing digital communications for campaigns and audiences across external channels. You would leverage creative capabilities, execute at the individual digital campaign level aligned to a set campaign and channel strategy, identifying and mitigating roadblocks, socializing campaigns and results, and driving story alignment
The role furthermore entails oversight of campaign project management, maintaining all aspects of campaign strategy and tactics including campaign development timelines.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, ensures consistency of Novartis brand position and with the evolving legal, regulatory, and compliance environment in all communications
- Advising key business stakeholders of reputational risks associated with social media campaigns
- Managing the successful implementation and delivery of consistent and engaging digital campaigns aligned to business objectives
- Overseeing the campaign and channel project management, maintaining AirTable updates for portfolio campaigns, campaign deliverables and timelines, and submission of content
- Leveraging the creative team’s capacities and in-house network to mine the organization for relevant stories to share with relevant external audiences
- Performing community management and Adverse Event reporting
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- **Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required**:
- **Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) and strong understanding of social media best practices**:
- **Understanding of corporate website best practices**:
- **Experience delivering and executing engaging campaigns across digital media platforms**:
- Align campaign objectives and trajectory to overarching business goals
- Ability to read and make sense of campaign performance reports to ensure incremental improvement of campaign performance
- Strong knowledge of cultural and media trends
- **Native German and proficiency in English is mandatory, French is a plu**s
- Healthcare/Life Science industry experience
