Generalist Information Security
Aufgaben
Als Generalist, Mitarbeiter der Group Information Security verantwortlich für die Definition und Überwachung der Umsetzung der Information Security Strategie und des Datenschutzprogramms / Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung der Informationssicherheit und von Konzepten zu Risiko-Minimierung / Arbeit auf der Grundlage von Rahmenwerken für die Cybersicherheit wie ISO 27001 und NIST sowie die regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen wie FINMA, EBA und GDPR / Durchführung regelmässiger Audits zur Sicherstellung der SWIFT Customer Security Programme (CSP) / Durchführung von Risikobewertungen / Verantwortlich für die Verbesserung der Programme für die Informationssicherheit / Förderung des Sicherheitsbewusstseins bezüglich Risikokontrollen (auch Risiko Dritter), Verhinderung von Datenverlusten und Datenschutz / Mitarbeit bei der Untersuchung und Lösung von Incidents / Organisation und Durchführung von Aktivitäten zur Sensibilisierung und Schulung in Fragen zur Information Security / Pflege von Richtlinien und Standards innerhalb der Information Security.
Qualifikation
Master
- oder Bachelor-Studien in Informatik oder Engineering / Qualifikationen wie CISA, ISACA oder CRISC / Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Information Security auf einer Bank oder bei einem Asset Manager / Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten und im Projektmanagement / Kenntnisse der Schweizer Bankenvorschriften und deren Anwendung in der IT / Kenntnisse internationaler Sicherheitsstandards und Frameworks wie NIST, CIS, ISO27001 etc. / Interesse an einer analytischen Tätigkeit mit komplexen Fragestellungen in einem dynamischen Team, das sich eigenständig mit Coaching
- und Feedback-Kultur weiterentwickelt / Motivierte und fokussierte Persönlichkeit mit laufender Lernbereitschaft und Verantwortungsgefühl / Teamfähig, selbstmotiviert und willens selbständig zu arbeiten / Deutsch und Englisch
