**Votre mission**

Responsable Administrative d’un portefeuille de clients Locaux et 4 boutiques Suisse dans le cadre du service client (SAV) pour nos réparations montres et bijoux et composants.

**Vos responsabilités majeures**
- Réception et saisie des entrées de réparations
- Envoi de la marchandise aux clients (factures, frets)
- Traitement, enregistrement et facturation sur notre système informatique (Oracle)
- Gestion des pièces aux personnels et pièces de la direction
- Divers travaux administratifs liés à la fonction du département

**Votre parcours et compétences**
- Formation CFC ou titre jugé équivalent
- Expérience de 5 ans dans une fonction similaire
- Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais et de l'allemand
- Excellente maîtrise de outils informatiques
- Excellent sens du service à la clientèle
- Esprit d’équipe et flexibilité
