You will act as a technical point of contact and collaborate closely with a Product Manager to efficiently drive your team.

**YOUR TASKS**:

- Build a team, onboard new talents and grow people within an open and collaborative culture.
- Support their team to implement solutions that have emerged from cross-functional initiatives within an effective day-to-day agile working environment.
- Invest in the growth of your engineers, focusing on career advancement and personal growth through regular one-on-ones and tailored development plans.
- Provide technical leadership by contributing to architectural decisions and balancing technology concerns with broader business needs.
- Contribute to JobCloud’s strategy and implement long-term technical strategies.

**YOUR SKILLS**:
You enjoy navigating from enabling your team to increase their impact to diving into technical reflections while considering products & business needs.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Leadership experience with a proven track of delivering results and supporting a high performing team.
- A leadership style driven by curiosity, asking insightful questions to stimulate thought and encourage growth.
- A facilitative approach, enabling your team members to reach their full potential.
- Strong technical experience that aids in understanding and tackling team challenges
- An ability to quickly grasp new concepts and take initiative in various situations.
- Decisiveness, with the ability to make challenging decisions when necessary.
