**Your tasks****: - The Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Operations Manager provides high quality and efficient support to the GFMS office and production user community. - You will lead and support a team of 5 people (ICT coordinators and production server administrators) - You are supported by our service provider for the servers, workplaces & network. You are the reference contact for our partner and support them in finding accurate solutions when needed. - You make sure that the IT strategy and guidelines given by GF group are well implemented on the division level. - Having an "hands on" and problem solving attitude, you drive projects, guide the division through MS Azure transition and advise business on solutions to be implemented. **Your profile****: - IT Service Management for outsourced ICT infrastructure (workplace, network and servers). - In-depth and hands on expertise on VMWare vSphere, Microsoft Server and communications technologies. - Language : Fluency in English, German or French mother tongue **Benefits**: - Clear vision and purpose- "We are a sustainability and innovation leader providing superior customer value" is our vision and this is what guides us.
