**Beschreibung**:
For our partner, a well-known company in the canton of Zug, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated **Senior Azure Cloud Architect** for a permanent position.
**Tasks**:**Lean Technology Strategy and Architecture**
- Contribute to the definition of the IT Cloud Strategy and lead Adoption, IT architecture vision and roadmaps, security principles, landing zone, subscriptions, and standards (community of practices)
- Lead and define with stakeholders (EA, architects, and engineering, etc.. ) the infrastructure (incl. Cloud) architecture and roadmap
- Lead and define with stakeholders (EA, architects, and engineering, etc.. ) the reference architecture, infrastructure reusable patterns
- Work with IT Portfolio Manager to develop, analyze, split and realize the implementation of enabler epics (Business and IT capabilities)
- Own the infrastructure & cloud architecture incl. network overview to ensure resilience, performance and control over costs
- Participate in portfolio planning to determine the capacity allocation for future work
- Support teams in the Agile and Cloud transition by advising implementing best practices
**Infrastructure and Operation support and coaching**:
- Support, coach, advice the infrastructure and operation team to gain knowledges on Infrastructure & Cloud best practices and gain autonomy. Lead activities when necessary
- Support, help, coach, advice the infrastructure and operation team to fully automate IaaS (IAC) and self-service portal for projects/products team.
- Assess, plan advise and implement transition of existing infrastructure to Azure cloud while owning and maintaining current on-prem infrastructure during transition
- Lead and support the team to assess periodically costs and define optimizations activities
**Products and Solutions support and coaching**:
- Define and communicating a shared technical and architectural vision across our major program (D365 FO implementation), projects and different products team coming in the future.
- Ensure the solutions and products under development are fit for its intended purpose by providing leadership on solution design on infrastructure and security layers
- Support, coach, advice the others architects and engineers, projects and products team, ensure solution decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision and enable infrastructure delivery (IAC coaching)
- Ensure that solutions design balance functional, service quality, security, cost and system management requirements
**Must Haves**:
- 10+ years of total experience in Infrastructure
- 5+ years’ experience with Cloud Service Providers
- 3+ years of experience as Azure Infrastructure Architect and Python programming
- Advance level Certification [AZ-303 & AZ-304] on Azure is required.
- SAFe (or similar) and TOGAF Enterprise Architect certification is a plus
- Good understating on Transformational and Optimization projects related to Cloud Adoption.
- Experience on Cloud operations - CI/CD, Monitoring management, governance, cost control, compliance and security is required
- Experience on Assessment - Discovery, Dependency Mapping, Wave planning, migration plan
- Experience and understanding of REST APIs, JSON, SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Azure AD and AD, Azure AD B2C
- IAC tools (Terraform/ARM templates), Docker, Kubernetes, Configuration and Cost Management tools knowledge and experience is required
- Strong learning aptitude; ability and drive to learn new technologies independently
- Strong ownership mindset; self-motivated and passionate; able to deliver without being asked
- Excellent leadership, communication, visualization and presentation skills in English (German at B2 or higher a plus), able to communicate with technical and business audiences effectively
