**Description du poste**:

- Check and post all incoming Intercompany and third party invoices and Credit Notes on a daily basis
- Monthly reconciliation of suppliers and customers account balances (statement of account)
- Support and preparation of VAT Reports for different countries
- Perform bank reconciliation and book outgoing/incoming bank payments on a daily basis
- Post internal bookings, incl. accruals at month-end (general ledger)
- Prepare and post all debit-/credit notes to other group subsidiaries (e.g. for month-end closing)
- Prepare the weekly payments
- Support with back-office tasks (postal service, office supplies, employee watch sales, etc.)

**Profil**:

- In-depth knowledge of accounting
- Self-driven personality with great problem solving skills
- Excellent computer skills (especially Excel).
- SAP experience as advantage
- Excellent organizational skills

**Compétences requises**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

**Langues**:

- Good communication skills in English (orally and written)
- French and/or German as additional benefit
