As a Key Account Manager E-Retail, you will support strong Nestlé brands on their digital acceleration journey. In this role you will ensure that we will have the perfect online presence at different e-Retailers. Furthermore, you will be involved in various projects internally as well as with our customers to help us drive sales, win market shares and will help us shape the future of eRetail at Nestlé Switzerland.
**A Day in the Life of a Key Account Manager E-Retail**
- Develop E-Retail by acquiring customers and enlarging market shares within existing customers’ portfolio.
- Drive E-Retail agenda internally & externally by working cross category (confectionery, coffee, food ).
- Prepare internal and customer presentations.
- Prepare annual « Business Plan »: analysis, commercial strategy definition, negotiation.
- Define and manage commercial budgets.
- Plan, execute and analyze commercial activities.
- Monitor e-Retail relevant KPIs, identify gaps and develop relevant action plans.
- Benchmark competition in Switzerland and other countries on best practices and trends.
**What will make you successful**
- University Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
- Successful first experience in Account Management, Business Development, Marketing, e-commerce, e-Retail.
- Team player, full of initiatives and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Drive to reach targets, proven negotiation skills, resilience, and stress resistance.
- Fluent in German (ideally Swiss German) and English is a must, good level of French (B2).
