** Rolle**:
Als **Supply Chain Coordinator** bist du die zentrale Drehscheibe zwischen **Handel, Logistik, Zoll und Transportpartnern**.
Du stellst sicher, dass weltweite Warenflüsse effizient, termingerecht und regelkonform abgewickelt werden.
Mit deiner Erfahrung und deinem Organisationstalent trägst du wesentlich zu einem **reibungslosen Ablauf der internationalen Lieferkette** bei.

** Verantwortung**:

- **Administrative Abwicklung** der vom Handel getätigten weltweiten Einkäufe und Verkäufe
- **Disposition und Koordination internationaler LKW-Transporte**
- Organisation von **Lager-, Transport
- und Zollabwicklungen**
- Überwachung von Lieferterminen, Sendungsverfolgung und Dokumentation
- Abstimmung mit Spediteuren, Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen
- Kontrolle und Verwaltung transportrelevanter Dokumente (Frachtpapiere, Ursprungsnachweise, Zollbelege)
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen entlang der Supply Chain

** Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene **kaufmännische Ausbildung**, vorzugsweise in der **Logistik
- oder Transportbranche**
- Berufserfahrung im **internationalen Transportgeschäft** (LKW, Lager, Zoll)
- Gute Kenntnisse in **Transportlogistik, Exportabwicklung und Zollvorschriften**
- Versierter Umgang mit **ERP-Systemen** und gängigen MS-Office-Tools
- Sehr gute **Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse**, Französisch von Vorteil
