As a part of the HR department, you will play an important role in both the daily HR operations and the strategic decision-making that comes with running a disruptive business.
As a **HR Talent Acquisition** key member of the HR Department, you will have the opportunity to lead your independent projects and be involved in the following activities:
**1) HR Information Systems and Administratio**n - Maintaining internal HR administrative systems:
- By keeping HR data up-to-date with our internal HR systems, you are capable of maintaining employee compensation and benefits records and registering our employer contributions. You will also be managing the logistics behind employee entry and exit formalities, ensuring Akselos standards are maintained.
**2) Talent Acquisition** - Supporting the Head of HR in talent recruitment and leading intern recruitment:
- **Screening CVs, setting up interview dates, and carrying out interviews are just some of the exciting key aspects you will be leading whilst recruiting new members of our team**:
- **Presenting Akselos at talent attraction initiatives (such as career fairs at EHL and EPFL) and advising your fellow interns on the hiring process will be another role you will partake in**
**We are looking for you if you are**:
Currently enrolled in a university in either a Bachelors's or Master's course in Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or in a relevant field.
**Your qualifications and experience**:
- Ability to **build strong relationships** and trust with employees, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- **Motivated** and open to the dynamic startup environment.
- **Excellent** **English** language skills.
- **Proactive**, responsible, and eager to take on diverse tasks.
