We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ERP projects in Geneva, with a strong focus on managing SAP implementations.

This role is ideal for a dynamic and strategic project manager who excels in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and driving successful ERP integrations. If you are passionate about ERP systems, thrive in complex environments, and have a proven track record of delivering ERP projects, we’d like to meet you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the full lifecycle of ERP projects, from planning through to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Operations, and external vendors, to deliver on project goals.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation to meet key milestones and deliverables.
- Identify and address potential project risks and issues, developing contingency plans to ensure project continuity and success.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and project methodologies, implementing quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders at all levels, maintaining transparency and alignment.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; a PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on ERP implementations; experience with SAP is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
